Weber was use less. WOULD NEVER BUY A WEBER PRODUCT AGAIN.

After contacting their customer service department they sent the parts I needed immediately and without question.

Weber Grill is a nationwide operation. They are certified barbecue experts. Their grills are top A products. They have wonderful 5 year to 25 year warranty on different parts so I called them and they sent out an individual that they contract with here in the Sacramento area. He’s called Fit 2 Grill and he did the actual replacement of the items. I would use them again in the future if need be.

The customer service agent are very petty and if I would have known they were going to treat me the way they did I would not have bought the second grill from them. When I asked to speak to a manager they refused to speak with me. I called back days/week later, and asked to speak with the president and supposedly they transferred me to Mark. Mark said that if the product was under warranty he would replace it for me( already knowing when he stated that offer this grill was already out of warranty). I would definitely tell people to stay away from Weber and go somewhere else, because of the lack of customer support resolution of the customer service department.
