Quick response. Thorough explanation of plan. They communicated to me that they got tied up on another job and would be a day late which was fine. They were fast and cleaned up well. Offered to relocate some vents and it looks much better. It looks good and we are pleased.

The owner John, worked with the insurance estimator and provided me a detailed estimate after discussions with the insurance company, I decided to go ahead with W. Brothers Roofing. They delivered the supplies on time and arrived at 7AM as agreed on. They completed all the roof replacement in one day and cleaned up all the waste materials when finished. They returned two days later to replace all the gutters and the window shielding. The workers were great answering any questions I had and the on-site foreman Rob did a great job keeping me informed as to the flow and status of the work. I am extremely satisfied with the job done.

They did a tremendous job! I can't speak highly enough about the crew. The 6 man team worked diligently and, it was obvious, they all took great pride in their work. I chose the GAF Ultra HD definition shingle and it looks amazing. The new roof definitely enhances the curb appeal of my property. I will definitely recommend W. Brothers Roofing to friends and neighbors in need of roofing!

They did a great job! They gave me a great price and arrived when they said they would. They did everything in a timely manner and even replaced a couple of boards that were rotten at no extra charge. They cleaned up and removed all of the hold gutter materials. I would recommend them to anyone needing new gutters. The price was less than the 2 other quotes I got.

n;s comAbout a month ago we had a pretty good rainstorm and I had leak in my roof right above my bed. I had a home inspection which said the roof was good for another 3-5 years but I knew it was time to pay the piper. I found W brothers via Angie;s list. John came out and gave me an estimate. Very professional presentation and did not try to say it was an insurance claim. I appreciated that, as I wanted an honest assessment. I got 2 other bids and though not the cheapest, I had the most comfort dealing with John and his company.
This outfit are true professionals. The dumpster, permit and shingle were there when promised. The jo took about 5-6 and hours and they were able to save my beat-up cupola (I know I;m a dork bu t I love than accent on my roof) which was probable another half hour labor for 3=4 guys. The new architectural shingle look great and John's dad was a pleasure to deal with. Hoping this is my last roof on this house but would not hesitate to use them on anothr homee

They arrived and started work promptly at 7:00. The foreman "Bob" introduced himself before they got started. They worked quickly and finished shingling by 3:00 and stayed to do a complete clean up. I am very satisfied with their work.

A low key sales approach, willingness to add extra wording to the contract and a competitive price with nearby completed jobs were the things that made us go with W. Brothers. Rob was knowledgeable, confident (but not pushy) and completely professional when providing the estimate, explaining the time line and addressing any concerns we had regarding our roof. They were punctual, finished the job about an hour earlier than expected and were sincere in asking us to contact them as soon as possible should there be any problems after installation. As of now (2 weeks later), the leak we were concerned with has not re-occurred.

They were very professional and courteous. They provided steps of things to happen prior to roofing day. They were knowledgeable about the job and product when giving an estimate. I was pleased with the work and would recommend them to friends and family.

Brothers was always prompt, professional, and ready to answer all of our questions.  The installation occurred on the days we agreed, and took the amount of time we were told it would take.  We have many plants, including tomato plants, around the house, and all were covered.  Not one was damaged.  Not one roof nail was left in the driveway!  That is astounding to me!

John was quick to provide an estimate with a resonable cost. He even deducted the $250.00 coupon from Angie's list, even though I didn't mention it. The work was done at the time it was sheduled and I have not noticed any problems with the workmanship.
