They took apart the old lame fireplace trim and white marble tile. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant surprise when they dismantled the old fireplace surround, and they had to add drywall before doing the mosaic tile. This was not their fault, but rather the previous owner's, and they did a great job making it work correctly. Brian took the time to make sure each detail was to my pleasing as he built the new mantle.They thought the grout color we had chosen would be too dark and steered us toward a lighter color. They were definitely right! They did a fabulous job putting it all together, and it is just beautiful.

Brian did a great job. I was pretty picky on some things and he couldn't be more obliging. I also kept adding items to my "to do" list and he had no problem with that. I am extremely happy with the results and love the look of the new flooring.

Everything went great. Brian is definitely knowledgeable in all areas of home repair. Not only did he do a great job on everything, he gave me advice on the best way to do my "do-it-yourself" projects. He's friendly, helpful and fair. He returns your calls and keeps you informed. I will definitely use him again in the future. You couldn't ask for a better handyman.
