We had a fabulous experience working with Nick and his crew. The crew showed up reliably, and the job was started and completed in about a week. Nick checked in with me frequently by phone and he visited the job site at least once a day, sometimes more. The brickwork was fairly complicated and the crew showed great attention to detail. The walk is properly pitched away from the house and everything is level. ULA provides a very high quality job and the warranties show their confidence in the work. The hardscape is warrantied against settling for 5 years and plants are warrantied for 2 years. I could have purchased a Japanese Maple from Costco for a lot less, but the quality of the plant selected specifically for our site plus the warranty is worth the extra cost of having Nick provide it.
