 + -1 moreWhen the weather is cold it can take hours to be towed. Yet, Towne Towing was able to squeeze us in within an hour of our request. They towed us to our repair shop, Hellstrom Automotive. Our SUV was treated with care. The operator was clean, polite, and respectful. The rate was fair, especially, in light of the cold weather. We would recommend Towne Towing to others.
Description of Work: Our SUV stalled in traffic and would not start due to the effects of zero degree weather on its electronics. Towne Towing provided a tow to our repair shops, Hellstrom Automotive.

 + -1 moreMy daughter's car broke down far from home, down 355. I called Towne Towing and the driver left right away. He called her to let her know he was on his way and to verify where her car was. The driver was very nice and couldn't have gotten there any faster. He dropped her off at Palatine Shell, where I picked her up. I thought the price was reasonable, considering the distance; and I liked that they billed us through Shell so we didn't have to pay separately. I would definitely would call them again.
