Description of Work: Fixed my ships clock to perfect running order after bringing it to them from antique watch and clock world 7222 w. Touhy, in Chicago they damaged in more and charge me $350 and never repaired it nor returned my money!

Description of Work: Gentleman is quite nice but he's a one man business and work takes months to be completed. he did stand behind his guarantee when clock stopped working 1 month after first repair. Now working beautifully.

Description of Work: I had the weight cables replaced on my grandfather clock & I also had the clock oiled. My Seth Thomas Regulator Wall Clock needed an adjustment to the timing and then I also had it oiled. All work was completed in my home in a very professional & courteous manner. Jim Denno (the owner) has been in this business for 40 years and really knows what he is doing. He is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was extremely pleased with his work and will continue to use his services in the future.

Description of Work: Repaired a 100 year old wall clock and rebuilt a 100+ year old grandfather clock. work done as promised. Both function perfectly. Definitely would use again.

Description of Work: grandfather clock repair ... took apx. 4 month for work to be done. Little communication. When clock was delivered, it did not keep correct time and was told what could fix the problem. Tried, but unsuccessful. Called again when the clock stopped completley. Have a promised that they will come back and make adjustments necessary. Please ask again in about three weeks and will see if the clock works.

Description of Work: Fixed 4 antique clocks like a magician. Jim was professional, yet down to earth, friendly, and was willing to share his clock repair experiences without missing a beat on oiling or tuning or adjusting the myriad of little screws and knobs that made the clocks work again.
