I have had 6 years of positive, responsive service from this local snow removal service.  They have never failed to have my driveway cleared of snow before my a.m. commute, and I leave for work at 7:30.  I have a corner lot, and contracted with them for several years to do snowplowing and sidewalk clearing on a "per push" basis when snowfall exceeds 2".  I think the cost used to range from $35-$40 with an additional fee for the second sidewalk, and an upcharge for large amounts of snow.   But after the 2011 blizzard, and the unforeseen expense, I entered into a fixed price contract with them for the season.  Some years they come out ahead, some years it works to my advantage.  The company is super reliable, I NEVER have to call them or wonder if they will show up.  They begin to plow when the snow stops falling, and do a great job of clearing my 8-car driveway, steps, sidewalks.  I am never disappointed.

The provider has not delivered on the terms of the contract and has not been responsive to phone calls. This was the second year I contracted with them and will be the last.

I find them pretty good, although they have had some problem this winter with their snow plowing service, but generally they do a good job with yard work and lawn maintenance. They were recommended by a neighbor. When I had them come for snow removal, they had problems with equipment breakdown, and they also did not communicate about when they would be able to come back and finish the snow removal - I realize this was an extraordinary storm. I had to try to get a hold of them and find out if they were coming or when they were coming because they just left and did not finish the job. They do have my home phone number and could very easily have called me. I haven’t got my bill and I don’t know the price. They usually charge $45 for each snow removal but that is only up to four inches, so I have no idea what they are going to charge for all the extra snow that we have had. I am waiting to see that when I get the bill in March - it would be another interesting thing to see what they are actually going to come up with. I would probably use them again in the future.
