The service went really well. They were attentive to my needs and they got it done in a timely manner. They clean up and it was painless. I like how quickly they got the job done. I would use the service again.

Process was great. Doug always got back to me and communicated great. He always showed up when he said he would and I would recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Nyberg Exteriors to inform them of the roof leak as well as  the information provided by the engineer and two other roofing companies. Two guys from Midwest came out this morning and looked at the roof. When I started to inform them of what was wrong with the roof - particularly with regards to the flashing around the chimney - I was literally yelled at by the lead workman and told that I was misinformed. I responded that regardless of whether or not I was misinformed, my roof still leaked. At that point the contact literally said "You don't need to be a f*cking dick." I responded that I was the customer and shouldn't be talked to that way. At that point he insulted me again with an expletive at which point I told him to get off my property. I'm going to pay the additional $1,500 for  a more reputable roofer (recommended by many on Angie's List) to come and repair their inferior work. It's bad enough that they did a really bad job (pointed out by 3 different, unrelated, suppliers), when you ask them to repair the work, you get yelled at, have expletives hurled at you and insulted - not a professional organization to say the least!
