SPARKLING CLEANING SERVICE

Most experiences have been good, they get things clean. There is one complaint - they once left some scuff marks in a hall, but they are usually very thorough.

I have my house cleaned every other week. They required that the first visit be paid for by the hour to catch the house up onto a cleaning schedule, that cost me $165. The second visit my wood floors were still sort of dirty right after they left, I could tell it hadn't been thoroughly mopped. My white sox were pretty dirty by the end of the evening so I called to tell them and they promised to do better next time. Before the following visit I called and told them I need to use a non ammonia glass cleaner for two brand new mirrors, I put it on my clear kitchen table but it wasn't used. I called again to tell her and she said they'd do it next time. The following visit I witnessed the person shaking my throw carpets in the house (could have done this outside we have dust allergies plus we had perfect weather, the door is only 2 feet away). Called manager and was told it will be corrected next time. The next visit house seemed clean enough but next morning when I was reaching for my slippers under the bed I noticed dust bunnies that hadn't been cleaned away. I finally discontinued this service. My wood and ceramic floors were never thoroughly cleaned and were left wet after they left. It seemed as though they were cleaning in a race to get it done. No money was ever refunded or an offer to have someone stop by earlier than my next visit to solve the problems.

I am a CPA and have been working a ton of hours since January, so my home has been neglected. I asked for a deep, one-time, spring cleaning. I was able to schedule for the next day. Berta came with a crew of two ladies. Berta and I walked the house so she understood exactly what I wanted. The two ladies cleaned my 3 bdrm 2 & 1/2 bath (1900 sq ft) townhome from top to bottom in three and 1/2 hours. I am very pleased with my clean house. They did a thorough job and followed all my instructions! I am considering hiring them on an ongoing basis.

She is honest, trustworthy, and willing to do whatever is necessary for a good job.
