I was asked to hold the phone and waited for 32 minutes to finally speak with the agent. I decided not to use the company from this experience.

It didn't. After a 13 minute telephone conversation, a discussion of the issue, and of their services and fees, I made an appointment for a technician to come out, assess the situation, and give a quote for repair services. I was told to make sure I had a garden hose on hand. Shortly after the appointment window started, I called to see if they could give me an approximate time for arrival. Well, no time, because they couldn't find the appointment. I had a 13 minute conversation logged on my phone the day I made the appointment; there was not question of my having called someone else; they just dropped the ball. To their credit, they did send someone my way pretty soon thereafter. He looked at the door, sprayed water at the top of the door, and told me that it needed caulking. He said that Alex would call with a quote. Alex didn't call, so perhaps three days later, I called and left a message with Alex. Never heard back. I hired someone else to do the job.

Overall very good. Would rehire again if needed!

Quote given by phone and appointment scheduled. Guys communicated by text in advance of arrival on appointment day. Arrived as promised and quickly fixed door. Very friendly interactions. Only strange thing was the repair person said the price was $130, but I had been quoted $80. When I pushed back, he immediately conceded to $80 price. Not sure what happened there, but glad it didn't turn into any conflict.

It went great! They were professional and prompt. They checked in with me when they were on the way and did a great job assessing the situation before providing me a quote.

Disappointing experience. When they came out for the estimate, I told them that I wanted to go ahead with the project. No one got back to me, so after a week I called and left a message. No one returned the call, so I gave it another try and was able to schedule an appointment 2 1/2 weeks hence. I asked for the first appointment of the day so was given an 8-10 am slot. Appointment day--no one showed up so I called and left a message at 10:20. No one returned the call so I called again at 10:30 and was told that they'd be there as soon as they finished up at their earlier job. I'm giving Angie's list another try--maybe my last.

After 5 different companies told me I would need to pull up my deck so that they could replace the rollers on my patio door, these guys did the replacement in less than 2 hours and never needed to remove the door. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

I purchased a $75 Sliding Door Repair Service Call from Angie's List. After I called to schedule an appointment and emailed them the particulars of the problem, I never heard from them again. This was a total rip-off. After waiting and then following up in an email to Sliding Door Repair Service, I finally contacted Angie's List to report the problem and ask for my money back. They informed me that the 30 day refund period had expired and therefore I couldn't get my money back. It seems that Angie's List is standing behind a fraudulent contractor. A failing grade to both the contractor and Angie's List. I will never use either one again.

This was one of the most seamless repairs I have had done for either me or my mother. They arrived on time, in fact, slightly early, which is almost unheard of. They explained to us what they were looking at, and what they were replacing. They were literally in and out in under 45 min, which is fantastic! The door opens perfectly and it was worth every penny because a new door was $2500 not installed! Use them, you won’t regret it!

Alex and his assistant fixed the door in less than an hour and it functions like new. Best $300 I've spent this year. I wouldn't call anyone else for sliding door work. These guys know their stuff and fix it quickly and confidently.

Excellent service from the beginning to end. Alexis was very knowledge, polite, and courteous. She called to let me know when they were coming out. Alexander, the owner was outstanding. He and Kirill did an excellent job of fixing my sliding door, which was old, and hard to open. The screen was coming apart, and also put in a new handle on the door for me. I was impressed of their knowledge, and how quickly they finished the job. I would highly recommend them.

Very well. The company was responsive, arrived when they said they wuld, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair. They had to take the door back to their shop but returned the door panel fixed and re-installed it. They were very accommodating of my work schedule in coming out both times. There was some extra work required to fix the screen. I offered to pay an additional charge. That offer was refused saying the quote was the quote. Honest, fast, and good. You can't ask for more than that.

They did a really good job. They explained things well. My two sliding doors were not opening at all. Now they are easy to open, you barely touch them and they open. Before, it was a struggle because the sliding glass door wheels were all broken and damaged. They are working great, so they did a great job.

Perfectly! I was quoted 2 prices over the phone - $75 for repair if no materials were needed, $300 for repair with materials. I already knew it would be $300 - the rollers were shot. Alex set up an appointment time and called ahead and said he would be 25 minutes behind schedule, which was still well within the window he gave me. He and his partner worked quickly, explained everything to me, showed me the old rollers and that they were no longer working. My door works soooo much better and I will definitely call again if I need the door serviced in the future.

Outstanding! Everything was done professionally from upfront cost estimate to final clean up! Orginally, I thought there was no other option other than replace the door, given its age and availability of parts. Alex assured me there was an alternative and he proved it! Bravo!
