I will use them again because they do a good job.
We have used Sav-A-Tree (Autumn Tree) since 2008. In March I called requesting the Arborist contact me to discuss some spring tree pruning. A week and a half later after not hearing from them I called a second time. They apologized and told me that they would look into it and get back to me. Five days later I called them again after not hearing from them, they again apologized and again said they would look into it and have the Arborist call me after waiting 6 hours I called them again for the 4th time. Again they apologized and said they would have the Arborist call me the next day. I waited until the close of business to call for the 5th time and received the my 4th apology over the course of two weeks.
I told them I do not understand why they were not interested in the business and desired to cancel the annual tree and lawn service that had been prepaid and requested a refund. I emailed to confirm the cancellation and requested the refund. The company responded acknowledging the cancellation and refund. I waited another 20 days with out seeing the refund and again emailed them. They finally processed the refund a couple of days later.
It is sad to see a good company stop paying attention to detail. Just a observation but this seemed to start when Autumn Tree merged with Sav-A-Tree
This time I found a group that would do the limb removals cheaper and even cut down more limbs.
The arborist was so paient in explaining the sercice to me (because my English is not fluent). when I ask for the coupon the company might have, he toll me to look on the intenet to find it, that why I had some good discount. From start to finish they do very good job.
