The owner fixed both issues within an hour. The locks work better now than before!

The total experience was excellent. We brought the safe into the office, where the lady there examined it, picked the lock, and made a new key for it. She was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. She answered our questions in a professional manner and was very patient as she worked to resolve the issue of a locked safe with no key! We were especially appreciative of her willingness to get the safe open with little advance notice and we even got Hersey kisses while we waited! I will use this provider for all my lock needs from now on. The cost was more than reasonable and the entire office atmosphere was professional but relaxed.

He was very helpful

We were able to enter the house through a side door, so we were in the house and not outside in the cold.
We called at 3:30pm, he said he would be there by 5:30pm.
He arrived at 5:15pm
He was very professional and had a good sense of humor, very easy to work with!
Took him about 10 to 15 minutes to get the front door open (from the inside) and the lock out of the door.
He had replacement parts and was done by 5:45 at the latest.
We have an older style lock-set that has the handle set farther in to the door with a longer throw locking mechinism.
He was still able to fix it!

Precision Lock & Safe was prompt, easy to work with, and in and out in no time.  Prior to coming, he explained the pricing of everything and what he could and couldn't do for us.  
We may re-do the locks on our storm doors and if we do, we would use Precision Lock & Safe again for that.

Arrived on time. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Price was almost 1/3 less then the lock smith that we had previously used. Charges were actually slightly less then what we were quoted on the phone.

Mike was very prompt and was able to perform the work on short notice. He was thorough and completed the work in about 3 hours.

Worker came on time as scheduled. Work was performed accurately. Locksmith gave us helpful suggestions for our needs. Work area was cleaned when done, he even applied some touch up paint to the door where the new lock was smaller than what was replaced.

He also replaced two of the locks that were not working. He was very persistent and made sure that the doors were working properly. I was not able to open one of the doors, because the wrong screws had been put in. He worked painstakingly to make sure the door would work properly. I hadn't been able to use that door for almost two years. He also made sure that every lock was easy for me to turn. His service call was a flat fee. There was no charge for the extended time in the house, and he really put in a lot of time. He didn't have to do everything he did, but he was willing to go above and beyond.

MIKE WAS VERY GOOD, EXPLAINED DIFFERENT BRANDS, GOOD AND BAD. HE WAS VERY FAST AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND NEED MORE WORK TO BE DONE IN THE FUTURE, BUT WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.
