Mr Slats Blind Cleaners

We called Mr. Slats on day 1/blinds picked up on day 2 / blinds returned in brand new condition on day 3. That's it. No baloney. Don and his team are real professionals... on every count. Bang-zoom.... in a blink of an eye. Done.

Did not have parts but hot glued broken parts.

Blinds smell and look clean, we still had to shake some bugs out of them, but overall worth it the cleaning.

Don did a fine job. He removed the shades for cleaning at his plant. He also held them for me for several weeks after they were cleaned because it took a while for my upstairs to be painted. When the rooms were painted, he installed the shades. The shades were well cleaned and nicely repaired.

As stated above, it was great!

The good and bad news is that Mr. Slats appears to be a small shop. When I contacted the owner by phone, described the job and made an appointment for removal and pickup, he was in the field and failed to transcribed the appt. from one calendar to another. Hence, on the appointed day and time, he was a no show. I called and he was at my door w/ the hour. He was very professional and careful in the removal of the units as they were somewhat wedged together and old. His quote was a little confusing in that I agreed to pay an additional charge for removal and re-installation; but his on-sight inspection increased cleaning costs - the same as the removal and installation fee. Hence, when later he asked for additional $, I was confused. In the end, he did a great job and we're good for at least half a decade or more.

They should be more professional. 

Don did a great job repairing an old patio blind that needed some complicated re-stringing.

Amazing!  Perfect!  Brand new looking!  Even the cords that pull the blinds up and down were cleaned and looked like new!

This is the second time we have used Mr. Slats Blind Cleaners, and each time our dirty blinds came back looking like new in 2 days. They even were able to remove water rust stains completely from the fabric blinds. If you have good quality blinds, it is worth it to have them cleaned. Patti was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased and highly recommend this provider.

I had the blinds down already and I chose to drop them off rather than have them picked up . Very easy company to work with. Blinds came back clean. Even the water stains came out.

The blinds were very dirty, not cleaned in 8 years, Mr. Slats returned the blinds sparkly clean, they were rehung and the job was done neatly and on time, I will use Mr. Slats again in 2 years.

Did not tell me ahead of time that he only accepted cash, no checks or credit cards (too expensive for small business), which necessitated an extra trip to he bank since I do not carry cash.  Should have been informed prior to service.

I thought he was great. They do really personal service. He was able to come to my house and take down the blinds and take them in, fix them and come back, hang them up personal type service. I have used them prior to this may be five or six years ago as well. He had been recommend by a blind place where I had purchased some blinds. I would continue to use them.

Went fine, we had a little miscommunication about the return date but Don was very nice in offering a slight discount for my inconvenience of waiting for him the day before. They did a wonderful job of cleaning them, all the little dead bugs are gone and they are completely white again. I didn't realize how grey with dust they had gotten. I am extremely pleased with their work.

When I called for an estimate they responded quickly. Gave the estimate over the phone. made an appointment.Arrived on time.
They knew exactly how to take down each product and were even able to repair a problem with my mini blind!
My blinds looked BEAUTIFUL when they came back. 
I will definetly be using them again!
