M & B LANDSCAPING

We've used M & B several times over the years. Mike Zyer and his crew (mostly the crew :) ) just completed 3 landscape projects for us. They did an OUTSTANDING job of all of them. Very good work for a very fair price. My wife and I recommend M & B without reservation - Mike and his crew have extensive experience, extensive knowledge of landscaping matters, a fine work ethic, and do excellent work including conscientious cleanup.

Beth was very responsive to my many questions and came out to do an estimate when we weren't home. She was in constant communication when I had forgotten about it. They communicated the process and scheduling. Work was completed when promised and everything was cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend M&B

M&B's pricing was accurate and fair, including very fair price treatment of work added during the project. Can't say enough positive about the workers themselves - started on time every day, took one brief break each morning and afternoon, plus lunch, were very responsive to our desires and paid great attention to detail with positive cheerful attitude, working mostly 10+ hr days for two weeks, including some weekend days to ensure we made the window for seeding this fall. They also cleaned up very well, not just at the end of the project, but EVERY DAY before leaving. Mike was personally present at the beginning of every work day to instruct the crew and inform us of his plan for the day and expected completion date. Can safely say this was probably the best experience we have had working with a contractor and will definitely go to them again in the future for landscaping and yard maintenance needs.

Been using M&B for several years now, had them do several special projects around my yard such as when my fence was being installed and they hit our drainage pipes underground and ruined our system. M&B responded and fixed everything right up. Over the last few years, they've fixed some damaged areas in my yard, graded some of my landscaping, delivered and installed mulch, and just recently I changed yard companies and have them doing my weekly mowings and maintenance. Just a fantastic company to work with, Mike and Beth both do a great job of being responsive and the work done by the crews is top notch. The price is also fair. If you want a great landscaping service who is going to make sure the job is done right every time, give M&B a call. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have a heavily landscaped, three tiered backyard with many flower/ground cover beds, rock walls, trees and shrubs.  Due to illness the past three years I have not been able to maintain and it became severely overgrown.  M & B recognized from the beginning the job would take a lot of hard labor and his crew preformed well.  In addition, they did an excellent job re-shaping all the shrubs and bushes from several years of neglect.  Job well done, on time and within budget.

They do a very nice job. They are in and out quickly and never forget to replace downspouts and close gates. I am very pleased!

It went very well.  Mike came when he said he was going to, gave us info about lawn care, etc.

We hired M&B three years ago after spending two frustrating seasons with other landscapers.  Although the prices were higher than what we had been paying other companies, they were professional and reliable -- two traits were absolutely missing with the other companies.  We quickly learned that when it comes to lawn maintenance, you get what you pay for! The crew is very friendly and very reliable and does an excellent job.  Highly recommend.

M & B has been our lawn maintenance provider for the past two years. Both Mike and Beth (the owners) are knowledgeable, professional and responsive to all requests. The crew that provides the service does a great job. They communicate well and leave the premises in tip top shape. If I have special requests, I just call or email Beth and she follows through with Mike. The cost is reasonable. They are tops in my book.

I've used M&B in the past also for regrading an area of my back y ard which collected a lot of water, and general yard maintenance. The quotes that were provided have always been right on target and there were never any hidden fees. The work was stellar and completed when expected. Mike and Beth have always been very professional and responsive to any questions that I've had. I will definitely keep using them!

Mike was very professional in his  presentation.  Based on his presentation of the services they offered plus what I felt to be a reasonable price, I elected to contract with them for this season.   Thus far, I have been extremely pleased.  Their crew(s) are hardworking and do a good job.  Mike's wife, Beth, is the in house "customer service" person and she is terrific.  She responds immediately to any questions I have and any ideas I have about additional work that I might consider.  At this point, in my experience with M & B, I feel that they have done an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.  Please note that I have not put in a price because this is an ongoing service and I will not know what the actual expenditure will be until the end of the season.  In addition, the date noted is the date they began service to us.

They are always courteous. They do a great job and show up on time. When they came last time it was raining and yet they came. If the lawn does not need mowing, they compensate that job by doing something else. When ever they do the job, it looks wonderful.

Proposal was prompt and thorough, with add'l suggested work on sodding that I had overlooked. Work was done timely and met all specifications. We have used M & B for various work for many years and we are always pleased with the quality and the service!
