This is the second time Larry has been our realtor for both the purchase and sale of our homes. He is excellent to work with as he's very responsive and helpful. He was always available to show us homes the same day and responded to all calls in a very timely manner. At the same time, he is not pushy and will be as patient as needed to find the right house. He is a seasoned professional who helped us prepare a successful bid in a multiple offer situation. We also received multiple offers on our home in the first weekend it was listed with his help. I would absolutely recommend Larry to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home and would use him again in the future.
