Overall I feel that J&J was less than professional. We paid for a service they did not provide. Therefor they owe us the return of our money.

They have always been very reasonable, very hard workers. Our backyard is pretty big. They charge by the service. In a years time I only spend about 1000.00. They are very good. Juan usually shows up and explains to his crew what needs to be done. They will ask if they are unsure about anything. They always fight over who gets to come do jobs at my house cause I feed them. They usually get her pretty early and they clean up everything.
