3 weeks ago, my wife and I were wanting to move. We called these guys and made an appointment for us to move Sat morning. So the day before they call us and say hey will be there at 11 am. I said this was fine so I could sleep in. 10:30 rolls around and they called and said they'll have to move us back to 5 pm. Then I called them 1 pm on Saturday, and we did not hear back from them. I left them voicemail's all day on Saturday to reschedule. Long story short I called on Sunday, and they did not show up again. We had to call yesterday to get emergency movers. They had quoted 3 guys for 3 and a half hours was $500.

Very good job. Only 1 piece of furniture marked up...very small mark from straps.
They took apart and setup dining table and queen size bed.Appropriate use of moving blankets and protection of pieces before any attempt to move them to the truck.
One item I had requested was not fulfilled as expected. I had asked them to bring a flat panel TV box to move my unit. They did not bring one but constructed on from a mirror box. I was not charged for the box they did not bring.

The team was fantastic! I got a call the day before the scheduled move to alert me that they would arrive between 8 and 9am. They showed up at 8:45, and the whole team of 4 was there and ready to work. They worked efficiently and carefully, wrapping all furniture in plastic and putting hanging clothes into wardrobe boxes. They put coverings on the floor at the start and destinations of the move, and completed the entire job in about 4 hours, including loading and moving items from a storage locker. They didn't charge any hidden fees for plastic wrap or tape, which has happened to me with other movers in the past. All items arrived without damage, and they happily agreed to move a few items around in the house when items didn't fit quite right. They actually came in under the estimated time, and only charged me for the actual time worked.
I would use them again without hesitation.

Bob, the owner, was polite and professional. He was able to provide a quote quickly and accurately. The move was exactly what he had quoted. This shows he has been in the business a long time and is fair with his quotes. His movers were also polite and prompt. They were very particular about keeping the home clean and placed mats everywhere they were going to go. They did not ding any furniture or walls either. They took good care of our belongings throughout the move and placed the items in the appropriate room. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if we ever move.

Salesman was pushy, but attentive. good contact/communication. Lots of issues. Ultimately, there were cigarette butts found during clean-up in my child's bedroom carpeting in the basement. We are non- smokers....

"The estimate for this job was for $3,500 (for packing and moving). The total bill came out $5,062(NOT $7,000).The reasoning behind the extra cost was due to a Large hot tub that was explained to the salesman, that the hot tub came THROUGH the house, but it did not fit. So, It had to be hoisted over a balcony which required us to get an extra 2 men out to the home in a short period of time. In my 20 years in business, and over thousands of move jobs, I've never seen or heard of a mover smoking in a customers home. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.."
