Window Cleaning
The home is for sale so it needs to be in "show" shape. After cleaning outside, Rodney tracked in brush, leaves, dirt and didn't stop in the entry but carried it throughout the living room. He and his dad spent a lot of time on their cell phones. Windows were not well cleaned. One was left with a scrape in the glass from the rough edge of the squeegee. They used my master bathroom, left the seat up, then lied about it saying they opened it to get to a window. They used the refrigerator and freezer leaving long drips down the stainless steel and puddles on the floor from the ice/water dispenser. They washed the screens in my laundry room tub, not outside, and didn't clean up after. The quote was for $300 and they upped it on the spot even after being given all the details about panes, screens, and heights. They arrived 1.5 hours late and then left about 7 pm, well past family dinner time.

Rodney was prompt, professional and efficient. He was very responsive after I left him the initial message and completed the work within the week. The windows look great. (PS, Rodney, you left a couple of rags here...do you want them back?)

Window Cleaning
He did a good job cleaning windows that had not been cleaned in quite some time. We were not as happy with the gutters as there were still branches sticking out of the gutter guards and residue on certain areas of the roof. Richard was very punctual and professional.
