 + 0 moreTHEY STARTED THE JOB ON TIME, BUT AS I CAUGHT AND QUESTIONED THEM ABOUT THERE IMPROPER INSTALLS THEY BEGAN NOT TO SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY FINISHED ABOUT 90% OF THE JOB AND THEN DID NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS FROM EITHER THE KITCHEN DESIGNER OR MYSELF. I HAD TO EVENTUALLY GET SOMEONE ELSE TO COMPLETE THEIR JOB.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY WAS HIRED BY THE KITCHEN DESIGNER TO INSTALL THE CABINETS THAT WE HAD ORDERED. THE INSTALLATION COST WAS INCLUDED IN THE OVERALL PRICE. YOUR CATEGORY REALLY DOESN'T FIT WHAT THIS COMPANY DOES. THEY ARE "CABINET INSTALLATIONS". THEY WERE GOOD AT THE CARPENTRY WORK, BUT WHEN THEY TRIED TO DO PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL THEY USED UNSAFE PROCEDURES, SHORTCUTS AND NON-CODE INSTALLATIONS I.E. WIRE THAT WAS UNDERRATED FOR THE APPLICATION, USE OF RUBBER "BOOTS" INSTEAD OF SOLID CONNECTIONS ON PLUMBING. THEY WERE BASICALLY "IN OVER THEIR HEADS" WHEN THEY DID ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING WORK.
