Ray encouraged me to purchase a system which would require most expensive installation charges, including ceiling rear surrounds instead of better sounding, cheaper to install surrounds. My wife called him after the installation to try to correct an error on the bill. He proceed to yell, scream, and make my pregnant wife cry for hours (she still won't tell me what he said). Though we liked the model speakers, I returned them because she couldn't stand looking at them without crying. His response in an apology letter I have: "Aside from my unprofessional display, I also found a $1000 addition error on your bill. This was brought to my attention by your husband. I have credited your card for this oversight. I also included an additional $300 as a good will gesture for your trouble should you decide to keep the speakers". They charged me a 15% restocking fee on the display models. Best Buy has better service. NOT a high end store. Don't trust them.
