STEVE WAS HELPFUL; HIS ASSISTANT DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, BUT WAS VERY POLITE AND PROMPT WHEN THINGS WERE POINTED OUT TO HIM. STEVE WAS ATTENTIVE TO IDENTIFYING THINGS WE MIGHT WANT TO KEEP RATHER THAN THROW THEM OUT. THEY STAYED FOR QUITE AWHILE AND ALTHOUGH THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN ORIGINALLY QUOTED, THEIR DUMPSTER WAS FULL WHEN THEY LEFT; THAT IS TO SAY, I THINK THEY DESERVED WHAT THEY WERE PAID (JUST A BIT MORE THAN WE HAD ORIGINALLY PLANNED).

STEVE, THE OWNER, WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HE KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHEN THEY WOULD BE OUT AND ANY SCHEDULE CHANGES.
