Dish Network LLC

They dug a trench in our backyard to hide the cable that goes from the remote satellite dish to the house.  They made the initial install of the dish last winter but the weather was too bad for them to trench the cable.  We called and asked if they could come out and do it now that the ground was softer.  They did it without question and without any additional charges.  They have always been easy to work with and very punctual on the date they say they are coming.  Their work has always been very good, workmen were professional, and very thorough in all explanations.

They're user friendly. I think anytime we've had a problem I've been able to call them and they got right on it. They've always been really quick to try and solve whatever the problem may be. People that I've talk with them the voice is gullible and very friendly, accommodating and try to help you. If they can't help you, then they are not afraid to suggest other companies or other people or whatever to help you out. The thing I don't like about their price is that, we are paying that much money almost $100 and we don't have movie channel. We don't have HBO, Showtime, Stars and we're paying that much.

Their service has been alright for the most part. One of the guys who came out and checked it out at one point acted annoyed and not really concerned about what our real concerns were. That made us feel uncomfortable. We have a good signal for the most part. Only when it is really stormy do we have issues. I think it is a little more affordable. I would prefer a technician that cares about your needs.

I have never done business with a company like this.  They have lied to us from the beginning and have done nothing that they promised.  They doubled billed me from the first bill and when I called to have it fixed they told me to wait until the next bill and it would be credited.  I paid the correct amount and then they sent me a letter a disconnection notice because the bill is paid in full.  So it is now 10 months later.  I still have to call every month and they still have not credited the money and have continued to double bill me!  Stay as far away as possible from the DISH NETWORK!!! 

We have had cable before with very poor technical service. Since we have had dish network, they have been Johnny on the spot. They walked us through things, were prompt, and took their time doing the job right. They were very contentious about not damaging our grass, programing our TVs for us and just took pride in their work. We would highly recommend this company.
