We had a few back and forths about providing a design for the work that I want done on the place starting July 6, 2018. Once I asked for a fee quote, this was provided but with a few more stages beyond design. In other words, whoever was going to do the work would perform those stages, so no need to include them now. I replied back to the email which the quote was provided on July 26, 2018. Nothing for 2 or 3 weeks. I texted the owner, Jesus Serrato (on Aug 5 and Aug 15) and didn't get a reply. I finally called him and he picked up and we discussed the stages and agreed on a price for stage one. He was then supposed to send me a revised quote. He never did and has been MIA ever since. What a disappointment. He was a nice guy too. But, being unable to even reply back and provide the introductory things agreed upon --- how can I work with that? Thankfully, I didn't start on the project with him and in the middle of it, he pulls something like this. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Unacceptable.
