Hired Paul the owner who did do most of the village of palatines landscaping and nursery services BIG MISTAJE! The owner is a drunk! Hired him to install patio brinks for a patio and walkway I was pleased with this service Howe er I proceeded to use him for installing 6 privacy arbor vitaes and half died because he planted them too close together owner Paul said he would make things right and refuses to make good on his word ‘ the owner is a drunk and shoukd not be in business !

We've used CRASS landscaping for over 20 years. Always satisfactory. Other day we needed them for gutter cleaning and he had a guy out there promptly. They always take care of the service that we need. We are very satisfied.

We have CLASS take care of the annual spring landscaping clean up and mulch at two properties because they get it done so quickly, efficiently and reasonably, that we just cannot justify throwing away 2 or 3 weekends to do it. In addition, last year we had them tear out a brick patio that was in extreme disrepair and replace it with a larger paver style patio design. They also added a nice landscaped corner area for us that we are very happy with. Various perennials and bushes that provided us with a nice low maintenance area of visual interest. Pricing for all the work was reasonable and Paul and the crew were extremely professional. Each time they come out they are sure to verify what needs to happen. We'll be using them again if our needs require.

C.L.A.S.S removed the old brick patio that had deteriorated over the years.  The crew was professional, friendly and thorough.

They removed all of the old materials and disposed of them.  They then revised the shape for the new patio, leveled the ground making sure it was graded away from the house, and spread the appropriate base.  I highly recommend C.L.A.S.S if you want your job to last.

They responded quickly and saved my power lines from being pulled away from my house by lifting the fallen branches before cutting them.  They cleared away all the debris and swept up the shattered glass from my broken patio table.  They arrived promptly and worked quickly.
When they left, my yard looked as though I was ready for a party!  What a relief to have this work done for me so quickly..

The experience was fantastic. The guy was real friendly and his crew did an unbelievable job. The price seemed high but there was an awful lot of work. We had never had anything like that done before; we had always done it ourselves.

Needed the above work completed, came out with an estimate a day after I called and did the job the next day.

Company was very punctual returning my call to request a quote for service. This job was so small that a few other landscapers didn't even bother quoting it. I found the quote to be competitive and was happy with the services offered. Unfortunately one of the Juniper trees I had requested was unavailable, and after 2 weeks of looking for it, Paul called with a suggestion for the replacement that worked just fine. Once I agreed to this, plants were ordered, and work started a couple of days later. Entire job took 4-5 hours. Crew was professional and quiet, which is important to me since I work from home and was very busy while they were here.

They worked very quickly. They were very courteous and they were very neat. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

When the snow first melted and we started getting estimates, we were overwhelmed. Some companies clearly did not want the job, never providing an estimate as promised. Paul, from CLASS Landscape, came to the house and provided us a written estimate on site. Their estimate was the lowest by far! Paul was very respectful of our budget and our need to do the project in steps. Because it was still snowing, Paul said he would call in 2-3 weeks to schedule a day. About 1.5 weeks later, we received a call from Paul asking if they could start in 45 min--the weather had been warm for 2 days and he knew the ground would be perfect for the job he needed to do. Within the hour, Paul had 6 men working in our backyard. I couldn't believe how fast they were--the job was done in about 3 hours. We are now planning our next project with CLASS.

HE DID A VERY POOR JOB, LEAVING UNDESIRED SPACES. HE TRIED TO USE CAULKING TO FILL IN THE SPACES, AND IT LOOKS AWFUL. HE ALSO RAISED THE PRICE AFTER STARTING THE JOB. HE DIDN'T REPLACE A GATE THAT WAS REMOVED DURING WORK AND HIS COMMUNICATION WAS AWFUL. HE WOULDN'T RETURN CALLS, ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAD COMPLAINTS. VERY POOR CLEAN UP AFTER THE PROCESS.

RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY, GAVE ESTIMATE PROMPTLY, DIDN'T REQUIRE SEASON-LONG CONTRACT, TOLD ME I COULD CANCEL ANYTIME, OR SUSPEND SERVICE IF NOT NEEDED SOME WEEKS, VERY COURTEOUS, DECENT PRICING, GOOD WORK. MY YARD FINALLY LOOKS CARED FOR!
