Description of Work: We never searched for this provider, nor did we contact them. We have had no dealings with this provider. The rating was submitted b/c Angie's List keeps bugging me to rate this provider.

Description of Work: This service is not advertised due to the fact that the Wimax bandwidth & service will be phased out at the end of 2015. Sprint has purchased Clearwire & supposedly re-introduce wireless internet service in the future. So the service is not infinite. It will end eventually.

 + -1 moreThe equipment arrived as promised and was easy to set up. (I am usually technologically challenged). The device is small and compact and has made my internet experience a joy. I have never had a problem with reception for any of my devices, desktop computer, laptop, etc. The speed is also very satisfactory. The monthly billing arrives electronically. There was a monthly increase from 34.95 to 39.95 at the end of the first year, but it was still within my budgeted amount for this expense. I have had the service for over a year and I am extremely satisfied. I recently learned that Clear.Com has now merged with Sprint and I contacted Clear.Com to determine if there would be any changes affecting my service or my billing. I was assured that Clear.Com would be continuing as my service and billing provider.
Description of Work: At my request, Clear.Com, shipped to me the wireless internet device to hook up to my computer in order for me to receive 4 G internet and wi-fi service. The device had a one time charge of $49.99 plus tax and the monthly service was then provided for $34.95/mo.

 + -1 moreWe moved out of their service coverage area, so had to discontinue service. I still have the modem, ready to go for when service is available in this area. They have since merged with Sprint, so I am not sure they are the same as when they were just Clear.
Description of Work: managed everything remotely, wireless equipment mailed to me, and I set it up, it worked immediately
