 + -1 moreThey told us that FedEx would be sending the items to our home to set up the internet. We left a note on our front door for FedEx to take the delivery back because we did not want it. They consistently contacted us after this that we owed them money still even though we never ended up installing their services.
Description of Work: My credit card was not going through properly for our Internet service. I contact the company to actually cancel the membership and I waited for over 3 hours and never got a hold of someone. My husband log online to our account and we saw they raked up over $1,000. We contact our credit card company to fill out a fraud form for these charges.
