It went very well. Despite being very busy they had my car finished in about 2 hours. They did not try to sell me anything other than what I came in asking about (I knew my car battery was weak) and they were very professional and courteous. I even saw them assist a woman with her car for no charge while I was there.

On the first visit, i took my car in for an oil change and they called to sell me on some break work. The breaks were fine when i dropped the car off so i turned down the service. When i picked the car up, i had no breaks and i mean no breaks. The car would not hold an ounnce of break fluid. The same day, i ended up taking the car to another shop to have the break system fixed. On the second visit, i took a car in for another oil change. This time prior to giving the car back they called and told me that the car needed new ball joints. Knowing what they did to the car the first time i decided to take the car to another shop for a second opinion. The shop that i took it to for the second opinion said the car was fine and did not need any work. My take away for all of you is that Casey's tries to sell you everything even when you dont need it and they are also willing to break your car just so they will have something to fix.

They are very reasonable. I trust the fact that they are giving me honest information.

Everything went great except a slight delay getting the parts. They gave us a free rental car for the entire time my car was in their shop - even over the weekend.

My primary complaint is that they did work that I did not ask them to do. Part of the problem is that when the guy called I had to step out into a classroom hallway to talk with him so it wasn't the ideal place to make important/complicated decisions. He started listing off all these things that needed doing aside from the oil change that I came in for. One of the things was a transmission flush. I said I wasn't sure if I'd had that done during my 30K checkup at Honda so I was going to call them and find out. I called Honda and they said I hadn't but that the car's maintenance minder would tell me when I need to, and that the code I told them it was saying didn't indicate the need. I went in to get the loaner car from Casey and asked them why they recommended it cause the maintenance minder wasn't listing it and one guy said "the mileage" while the other said "the color of the fluid". I basically said it was odd that they were saying it was needed when the car and the Honda people didn't say it was. Somehow they took that as a yes and ended up doing it and charging me $115 for it which I found pretty frustrating. I suppose I never clearly said no, but I never said yes either. My second complaint is that the price was higher than expected and higher than a competitor's price. I heard the guy say on the phone that 4 new tires would cost ~$650 and that the alignment was free. I called NTB and they quoted me $640 for 4 new tires including alignment and everything so I figured Casey's price was similar and said okay. Later I found out that it cost $90 more to balance/mount/etc. The misunderstanding about the cost I'm sure was partly my fault cause I was unclear of all the many things the guy listed on the phone which were actually part of the tire cost, but still the price was $100 more than at NTB for similar tires (60K mile warranty).

I brought the car in at the end of the day Friday for them to work on it Saturday. They had a quote that morning and I had them go ahead and do the work. I had no problem with the timing, as they finished the work by mid-afternoon. The main braking system pistons, the calipers, the rotors, pads, and fluid were all replaced. It all works well, so no complaints there. The pricing was a bit high, but then again I am sure the dealer would be higher for the work done.

Their price is low. I am very happy with the work. They seem to be nice and they do a good job. They are honest.

I have been happy with Casey every time. I like the free loaners available and the service has always been on time, on price. I believe their prices are lower than dealers, but probably not as low as a local trusted mechanic. However, the speed and quality is good and you can't get a loaner car from your mechanic.

Would not consider returning to Casey for any services.

In addition to what I visited the shop, Mike found that my power steering fluid line was leaking. I was happy that this was noticed...2 mechanics prior to this unable to detect why the steering wheel squeeked (for over 4 months). Problem fixed! They also noticed leaking.broken trans cooler lines leaking. Both problems they detected would have left me stranded. Spent a lot more than what I had expected for what I thought was a simple muffler strap, but quite relieved that these undeteced problems were addressed. Mike was courteous and professional. Was also helpful to get a ride to and from home while the vehicle was being repaired on a busy Saturday.

I think that they are very open to explaining things to you and showing you the parts. They can show you exactly what's going on. It's very informative. They are really good. They have been with us for a long time.

This company tries to sell you many extra services. I felt that they were somewhat annoying, but overall everything was fine and they were very punctual.

I spent around $600. I have used them many times before. I believe that they are honest. They don?t overcharge me. I have always got the car repaired on time and when promised. They are trustworthy. I am very satisfied with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are accurate with their work and we were quite happy with the work done and the price.

It went very well. I have worked with them before. The manager there is very good about giving you estimates before they do the work. The price was reasonable. They are very good at recommending additional repairs while they have your car and are working on it.

Prior to mounting the tires, I specifically asked them not to over torque the tires. In spite of my request they used the wrong torx stick. After they finished, I went home and checked the work with a torque wrench. For tires that are spec'ed at 80 lb-ft, I couldn't even bulge the lug nuts with a breaker bar. I went back and the guy at the counter seemed to be annoyed that I brought this to their attention. He acknowledged they overtightened them, but wanted to argue about how much they were overtightened. The car went back to the shop and I watched them try to fix the original mistake. The guy who did the work proceeded to take a torque wrench and push on it well after it clicked, obviously not knowing how to use it. This resulted in the tires not being torqued properly a second time. For tire work, go to another company, they have good procedures in place and get the torque specs right.

Overall, they did a good job. Price quoted & price done were the same. They did it faster than I thought. They need a better waiting area, more room, at least one table for laptop or doing other work. They had a special $20 off on timing belt replacement, and wouldn't give me that, as well as the Angie's discount (I saved $100 due to Angie's List!) which seemed chintzy. But overall good.

The guy at the counter said they wouldn't give me the Angie's 10% discount on diagnostic work, but when the bill came the manager overrode him and I got it. Turns out the light being on was nothing, but they said I could come back if it came on again in the next 30 days or so. Didn't have to wait really long, they were thorough in explanation.

THE SERVICE WAS DELAYED FOR ONE DAY DUE TO PARTS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CAR BROKE DOWN AFTER A MONTH WITH OTHER INJECTIONS GOING BAD.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DENNIS WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO RESOLVE OUR ISSUE AND KEEP US INFORMED.

ORDER TAKER, PETE O., WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY POLITE. HIS SENSE OF HUMOR AND ENERGY ARE EXCEPTIONAL. ALL TIME ESTIMATES WERE MET, AND THE COST ESTIMATE EXACTLY WHAT WAS PAID (LESS 10% ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT). PETE WAS UP FRONT WITH ME ABOUT THE BRAND OF MUFFLER AND ITS QUALITY, COMPARED WITH THE COMPETING CHAIN MUFFLER SHOPS AND GAVE ME THE OPTION, WITHOUT ANY SORT OF PRESSURE, OF TAKING MY BUSINESS TO THEM FOR A SIGNIFICANT COST SAVINGS. I OPTED FOR THE NAME-BRAND MUFFLER INSTALLED AT CASEY. MY MUFFLER WAS NOT IN STOCK WHEN I CAME IN MID-AFTERNOON AND THEY OFFERED ME A FREE LOANER CAR IF I WOULD COME BACK THE NEXT MORNING. THEY WOULD HAVE THE MUFFLER BY THE TIME THE SHOP OPENED. WHEN I RETURNED IN THE AFTERNOON, MY CAR WAS READY.

THE PRICE TURNED OUT TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A TOYOTA DEALERS. THEY MIGHT BE GOOD FOR DOMESTIC CAR SERVICE ONLY.

VERY HONEST, DESCRIBED ANALYSIS VERY THOROUGHLY AND RESPONDED TO ALL MY QUESTIONS IN A WAY I COULD UNDERSTAND. I WAS IN AND OUT IN ONE DAY, NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. THEY DID A SAFETY CHECK, DID NOT RECOMMEND ANY UNNECESSARY WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

FOLLOWING THE REPAIR, WE NEEDED WARRANTY SERVICE ON THE CAR, WHICH WAS THEN WITH MY DAUGHTER AT SCHOOL IN OHIO. CASEY'S HONORED THE WARRANTY COMPLETELY, FOLLOWED UP THOROUGHLY, AND HAS EARNED OUR RECOMMENDATIONS AS WELL AS REPEAT BUSINESS FOR OUR OTHER CARS.

I ALSO USE THEM FOR OIL CHANGES AND OTHER WORK. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UP FRONT ABOUT COSTS AND THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT, THEY WILL GET YOU IN WHENEVER THEY CAN WORK YOU IN. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND DO GREAT WORK. THEIR OFFICE IS ALSO VERY CLEAN.
