remodeling, siding, replacement windows
+ 1 moreThe installation of 9 windows took one and a half days, the installation went quickly and we are very pleased with how nice the windows are and how much warmer the house was during the winter. The workers were very conscious of our new carpeting, wearing foot pads and were careful during the indoor work. Eight months later I called Bob to ask him some questions regarding possible storm damage to our siding from the prior summer. He called back within 5 minutes and gave me a thorough explanation of what steps to take in order to properly approach my insurance company. I was impressed that he recommended doing the right thing and contact the insurance company first instead of using one of those 'storm chasing' siding companies. We will be using him again to finish the remaining window replacements.
Description of Work: On a recomendation from my father in law, we hired Bob to replace some of our first floor windows and one pair of windows on our second floor. Prior to hiring him, Bob came all the way out to Crystal Lake from Palatine to give us an estimate. He was very personable, respectful and gave us a very competitive estimate and was very thorough in explaining how the windows are installed.
