They were very cheap, and got the job done well eventually. We called and made the appointment but they didn't let us know when they were going to come. I like to see what people are doing on my property, but they ended up coming at a time when I wasn't home. They came several weeks after we scheduled them because of weather, but there was no communication from them at all. We would have appreciated a phone call.
All in all, we would still use them again because they were cheap and got the work done as we needed it.

BJ's was very dependable and cooperative. We had as many as 4 cars on the driveway when they showed up and they we very patient while we moved the cars around for them to plow. They also shoveled our front porch and the walkway to the side door each time they were out. We are now going to use them to do our lawn this summer.

Their prices are reasonable. If I call them and tell not to come for a certain week, they won't come. They work with you. I will continue to use them.
