I provide building and handyman services, most work is complete by me personally, subcontactors are hired for larger and more specialized work.Handy man work is at a rate of $45 per hour with a minimum charge of $175 per trip. Larger jobs are quoted in detail. Additional references availabl upon request.

This was my first remodel and I was very fortunate to have found Beach Builders for this project. Overall everything went really well, except for material delays from the cabinet manufacturer, and for me not having everything picked out in advance. If not for those things, the job would have been done in about 2 to 2-1/2 weeks. Chris was very understanding.
