Extremely well. We called several animal removal companies in the morning and got only two responses. The other company that responded would not be able to send someone for four days. That's a long time to leave a dead skunk under your porch. Tom called back within minutes and said if he couldn't get someone to our house the same day, someone would come the next day. As it turned out, he arrived several hours later and removed the dead skunk within 10 minutes. He also gave advice on how to prevent more animals from crawling under the stoop. Tom was very professional and the price was the same as the estimate. While I wish this service didn't cost $250, the price is in line with other contractors I found on Angie's List. And even if I could get the skunk out from under the stoop myself, I wouldn't have known what to do with it.

BEFORE I HEARD IT, I NOTICED MY CAT SITTING IN FRONT OF THE DRYER JUST STARING AT IT. THOMAS STARAI WAS HERE WITHIN THE HOUR AFTER I CALLED. HE WAS VERY NEAT ABOUT EVERYTHING. HE PUT EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY HE FOUND IT. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE GOING RATE IS FOR THIS SERVICE SO I DID NOT GRADE THEIR PRICE.

THIS COMPANY WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. THEY NEVER ONCE CAME TO THE DOOR TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND NEVER CAUGHT THE SKUNK. THE SKUNKS HAVE BEEN BACK ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS SINCE THEY FIRST PLACED THE TRAP. A FEW WEEKS AFTER THEY FIRST LAID OUT THE TRAP, I LOOKED OUTSIDE AND IT WAS GONE. AFTER I CALLED TO INQUIRE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TRAP, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY THOUGHT WE DIDN''T WANT TO TRY TO CATCH THE SKUNK ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY HAD NO LUCK IN A FEW WEEKS. THEY DID THIS WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME! TO THEIR CREDIT, THEY BROUGHT BACK THE TRAP THE NEXT DAY, BUT THEY HAVEN''T COME BACK TO CHECK IT OR RE-BAIT IT SINCE THEN, AND ITS BEEN ABOUT SIX WEEKS. HOWEVER, I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS SERVICE AND FINDING ANOTHER MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT IS MORE COMMITTED TO SOLVING YOUR PROBLEM. IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY FOR US.
