Beware of con artists posing as plumbers. This group cannot be trusted. Don’t believe me. Consider how a 3.8 Google review came to be. It’s no accident. Save yourself the grief.

Waited for a long time for them to come out. John had to come back 2 more times to finish and it was a rather small job. I never got anything in writing as far as cost, he was vague but very forward. If you’re a woman be careful and get something in writing. And l had to call numerous times for an invoice after I paid cash , still received no receipts . I don’t like to give negative feedback for a business but feel strongly about the way he conducted himself.

We had a bent and non-functioning field hydrant in our horse paddock that needed replacement. Had to be excavated to determine depth of water connection. I rented a mini excavator and dug down to the valve at 5 feet. Ordered the replacement hydrant and the All Family guys completed the replacement and provided assistance stabilizing the hydrant while the hole was back filled. An outstanding team effort and success.

The people are nice and they sent two groups of technicians out to solve our problem. The second group was knowledgeable.

It is a small business owner that is well worth definitely using.

We had a plumbing emergency one night last winter when a pipe in our basement burst and water was leaking. A friend referred us to them. They arrived at our home in a timely manner and took care of the problem, while educating us as to what was occuring at every step of the way. Days later, they were very responsive when we had any questions. We would do business with these people again in the future.

John and a helper arrived at our daughter's home that Wednesday morning. He went on to replace the failing water heater, seals on three toilets, and replaced one mechanism in one tank as the toilet would not flush. All the work and clean-up was completed professionally by noon of that day. We have used All-Family-Plumbing on a number of occasions and have been pleased with their services.
