We are an auto inspection station and our techs are able to work on both foreign and domestic models of vehicles. In addition to general automotive work we offer towing and fleet services. When I dropped off the car, I had not requested a loaner car (not realizing they were available). When I told Dave that I just planned to wait, he asked if I would like a loaner, and naturally I accepted. When a problem developed with the loaner car, Dave said, "Why don't you go ahead and just take my car?" That worked out great, of course.
These guys are terrific, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done on a car.
They are a lot less in terms of price compared to the dealership. They are always good about calling and they are there when you need them. They are right on time.
"Well this is my first response to a negative review so I did my home work and found that we did not repair your vehicle we gave you a quote for the repair ,with this in mind this was a 1995 Toyota Avalon with 250 thousand miles on the vehicle, the quote had some time in it for dealing with all the rust and rusty bolts that we were sure would break off removing the arms I am sorry for the high estimate but here at advanced auto we have adults that work here and we pay adult wages Thank you for giving us the chance to give you a estimate maybe next time we can help you thanks."
Work was done on time and as quoted. Talking with people at Advanced Automotive, both on the phone and in person was direct, pleasant and professional. While at the desk when bringing my car in and when I picked it up, I notice a number of other customers who were obviously repeat customers and they all seemed very satisfied and confident working with this shop.
This shop is in a neat, clean and professional location and everything seemed very well organized.
Overall, it was apparent that these folks really enjoy cars and in providing excellent value to customers with honest, friendly service.
I didn't believe them so , I check Angies list where to go and got a great offer on life time brakes. plus 10% off.
Very happy, will not go anywear else.
