Across Town Glass & Mirror

I used these guys to install multiple shower doors, full wall mirrors in an exercise room, and additional accent mirrors in built-in units. They measured the spaces exactly and custom cut all the glass to fit exactly in the openings (in reality nothing is truly square). Everything was professionally cut and installed exactly as I wanted. Great communications, on-time, and quick and clean installs. Overall very professional. Highly recommended. I will use the guys again for all my glass needs.

This company have skills I have not seen in 30+ years myself as GC They just brought to life a 15 year old mirror closet door that’s a perfect match I think I paid to little for professional work.

Tino called the same day I sent him a message through Angie's list and we setup an appointment. Tino showed up on time and we went through the size of the mirror with his suggestions. After the mirror was made we again setup a day and time and he was there

Had a full gut remodel of a powder room and expanded it into a full bath with new custom shower stall.  Called for estimates and contacted Tino at Across Town Glass for a custom door and window covering.  He came out twice for an initial consult/estimate and returned for a measurement when the shower was completed.
They came on time and started working on the swinging privacy glass that I wanted in front of the glass block since me or my wife did not want to shower in front of the glass block without additional privacy.  Tino made suggestions on what the best options were for this and fully understood what I wanted to do. The option we decided to do was a swinging privacy glass and that worked out perfectly.  The install for that took a couple of hours in the morning.  In the afternoon, Tino installed the Serenity style door and although it was a challenging install that took longer than they expected, he and his partner stayed late until the job was complete and done correctly.  It was the best looking shower door for our style shower and worked perfectly with the amount of room I had.  
I recently needed the door adjusted due to some settling, and Tino came out the same day and remedied the situation.   Now that's excellent service and accountability you don't get from contractors now a days, especially after you've already paid in full.
I chose Across Town because Tino took the time to listen to what I wanted, spent alot of time with me to answer questions on and off hours and through countless of emails.   He was younger gentleman but this was advantageous to me because I  feel that that helped with the communication part of it, in addition, he was the nicest and most professional, most responsive of all the glass companies I spoke with. Most of the glass companies I contacted either acted like I wasn't worth their time or understood what I wanted to do with the glass block privacy window, or knew about the style of door I wanted.  This is if I got a call back at all.   After doing the work, I was impressed with Tino's professionalism and his work ethic, dedication to doing the job right.  I would recommend them to anyone.
