Carpet Cleaning
JIM ARRIVED ON TIME. I WAS SURPRISED HE WAS ALONE, HOW COULD HE MOVE FURNITURE? HE WAS FRIENDLY WHEN HE MEASURED ROOMS. HE CAME UP WITH COSTS OVER $100 MORE THAN MY PHONE ESTIMATE. SAID HE WOULD HAND SPOT CLEAN DINING ROOM CHAIRS FREE, BUT ASKED ME NOT TO INFORM HIS BOSS. THE OWNER ON THE PHONE - TIM - SEEMED UNINTERESTED WHEN I CALLED A FOLLOW UP BECAUSE IT WAS POORLY DONE.
