The technician arrived on time. He installed 3 Tivo boxes (1 main 2 sub boxes) and internet modem. He was here for about an hour and answered all of our questions. The app they offer to change the channel on the two sub boxes does not work for the sub boxes which is pointless for me to use it since my smaller children watch tv in the other rooms. My internet is hooked up to a wireless router and I have to restart it at leas once a day. The internet is fast and the Tivo service works really well, better than Comcast DVR. I dont like the fact they charge a COD upon installation.
Description of Work: Installed Tivo service in 3 rooms. Also installed internet 50mbps.
