Mucci Kirkpatrick Sheet Metal

During the peak heat of summer and me with a broken leg from a motorcycle crash, my central air decides to go out! I noticed that the circuit breaker kept tripping so I called upon a friend to help me out. He did the "leg" work for me and discovered that the blower motor was kaput. He informed me that the business he is the maintenance supervisor for, uses Mucci Kirkpatrick frequently and was happy with their overall performance. I did not hesitate to call.I informed Mucci of my situation, told them I was pretty certain the blower motor needed to replaced on furnace. I was told that due to the hot weather, they had a huge backlog. Later that evening, a service technician called to inform me he would be out the next day and he was!..He called to inform me that he was on his way. He showed up on time, he was courteous, prompt, professional, efficient and extraordinarily patient. The furnace is butted up against a wall which gave the technician a very tight and I mean tight space in which to work. He did complete the job. It took him a little longer to complete but he got the job done without complaining. Kudos.When he was finished with the repair he asked me if I wanted him to do any routine maintenance or check the freon as long as he was there. I appreciated that. As far as the "B" rating on the price. The technician did not come equipped with the appropriate motor in his truck and was billed for his travel back and forth to the shop for the proper motor. I don't agree with that. (Yes, I understand there are hundreds of motors out there)Overall, I would recommend and use their services again.
