Just as other person, I called to schedule an appointment and after 48 hours, never heard back from them. It makes me wonder had I used them andf something went wrong, how would I ever get a hold of them to come correct their mistake. Most likely, they would not respond and i would have to pay another plumber. Also they ARE NOT BONDED AND INSURED!
Sorry but this place goes on my blacklist. I'll do the work myself before I ever consider using them.

.The pump broke, sprayed all over, we called IL Valley Plumbing, and Bill came over quickly. He is very professional, and went right to work, found the problem, got what he needed to fix it, and fixed the problem. He was quick, and we have not had any more problems.
