I had gone there several times and the service was good but sometimes the wait could be long since they take people first come first served. So when I saw one of their ads that said reservation could be made, I called and made a reservation. But when I got there I was told that they couldn't let me use my reservation because there were already people waiting. So my reservation made no difference and I had to wait until several other people had been helped.

Needed a front end alignment and drove from Minooka, IL all the way out to Oswego, IL to have it done. This shop did my alignment after I put new tires on the year before, and I was very pleased with the service.
I messed up my alignment by avoiding something in the road to go thru a pothole. Since I just had my tires rotated and they said the wear was even all around I wanted to get my alignment back to where it was. I drove over twenty miles to go to this shop instead of one closer to home because they did such a good job. I was next in line to get the alignment done and was asked if I would like to be dropped off at one of the nearby stores instead of waiting in the waiting room. I said yes, so I was taken to one of the stores a couple of blocks away. I called to check on the status of my car at the time they thought it would be done to find out it still wasn't done. I was upset about this until I got back to the shop and they showed me the computer draft of where my alignment was and where they had to take it to. It was equivalent to doing two alignments on my car, so I wasn't so upset about them taking longer than expected. They apologized for taking so long, but under the circumstances, to get the alignment back to where it had to go, they needed the extra time.
I highly recommend this shop for alignments. They are very easy to work with.
