Very pleased with our floors and the experience dealing with the company. Our living room had a region of red oak and a region of white oak, a situation we had not noticed. (Area had been carpeted.) They did a great job of hiding that difference by doing different stain treatment in each area. Did work when the said they would. Unable to remove all stains from two areas but they and others from whom we got bids, had warned us that could be the case. Did remove all stain from a third area. In general, floors now look great.
