The house we were selling failed a radon test. We needed someone who could fix the problem within a few days. The guy was friendly, explained how the system worked, answered all of our questions, and worked quickly. The only problem was that he did not tell us that all the walls had to be clear. Since we were moving, all the boxes were stacked against the walls and we had to move everything before he could work. Other than that, everything went well and we would use him again if we had to.
