Overall the process went really well. Bob was great at all aspects of the project. He listened well to the ideas we had, bounced his ideas at us, and we were able to finalize a plan - to which he executed really well. He showed up when he said he would and worked very hard to get the project done on schedule.

Bob at Raabe Builders transformed our loft space in to a third bedroom with a custom bookshelf and we are extremely happy with how the project turned out. His professionalism, craftsmanship and experience were shown during this whole process. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of effort he took in drawing up plans and working on a detailed quote. After we chose him to work on our project he proved his professionalism by working well with us to accommodate our schedule and project timeline. Additionally, Bob did his best to contain the mess and keep our house as chaos free as possible during the process.
The quality of his work is better than that of any carpenter I have used in the past. The project looks seamless and you can never tell that the wall and closet weren’t part of the original construction. Bob took initiative to suggest a custom built bookcase for the corner space next to the new closet was right on point and really brings the room together. His attention to detail and perfection was greatly appreciated and well noticed by me, my husband as well as our family and friends. Next project we need done there is no question in my mind that we will be using Raabe Builders.

Great Experience! From the initial consultation / estimate to completion Bob was the ultimate professional. He was prompt, courteous, and very respectful of our time and our home while completing the work. The craftsmanship is second to none. We were looking for an old time pub feel in our basement and he delivered just that. Bob also does a great job communicating along the way. He makes sure the homeowner understands the process, and includes them in all decisions along the way. We will be using Bob again to do some more work right after the holidays.
