PAGORIA FLOORING LTD

I was given a written estimate for the projects.  The owner, Jim Pagoria, explained that we could choose newer water-based products which would give the floor a very hard finish and would allow for it to be walked on in a relatively short time.  They explained that I would have a separate fee/appointment for the plumber who would reconnect the refrigerator because it has a water dispenser.  This same plumber also installed the new toilet in the powder room.

They scheduled the refinishing job within two weeks of giving us the estimate because it was a small job.  We didn't have to leave the house or be concerned about our little dogs while this was being done because the water-based products dry quicker with less odor.  We changed from a glossy finish to a matte finish, so scratches don't show and the floor is easier to maintain. 

The installation of the new wood floor in the powder room and hallway was scheduled just two weeks later, and it went as flawlessly as the refinishing project in the foyer and the kitchen.  Everything matches perfectly--all areas appear to be one flowing floor.  I have received many compliments and I am very happy with both execution and the results.
