They were very quick to respond.  They were very efficient and did an excellent job.  Most importantly, they seemed very honest.  The total price was inclusive of the cost of the part and labor charges.  My son referred them to me and I don’t think I would have any problems referring them to anybody in the family.  There wasn’t anything I could say badly about them.  They did a great job and I was very pleased.  They offer a year of parts and labor warranty.  The technician came and realized that it was something different that what he had got, so he went, drove, got the part, came back and got it done in a timely fashion at no extra service charge.  I couldn't have been happier with the service.

JPRO showed up on time and did a very fast and efficient job of replacing my aging (10+ year old) furnace and putting in a new name brand furnace to replace it.  It has been over a month now and the new furnace has been working great with zero issues.  The rates were very affordable and less than the competion.  I would highly recommend them and will probably call them in the future when I am ready to afford central ac!
