Our existing security system had stopped working and we wanted to get it back online.  
We contacted ISS and Lee came to the house to assess the situation.  We talked about whether to arm the windows and doors on the upper floors; about connecting the smoke and CO detectors to the system; about adding sensors to the sump pumps, etc.
]Lee was cordial and professional; there was no fear-mongering and hard-selling; no "you're not really safe if you don't do all these things" types of tactics.  He didn't try to sell me on a whole new system or anything extreme like that. He took notes and then sent me a proposal that had everything broken out and itemized so I knew how much each window sensor cost; how much the sump pump sensors costs, etc. That way, I could decide what to include and what to exclude.
Installation was a non-event.  The guys showed up on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time and did their thing. Our system is now working great.
I had a great experience with this company.  They did good work; they charged a fair price; I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need; they listened to me and answered my questions; they showed up when they said they would; they followed up afterwards.  

Their serviceman, Jeff, did not give up.  He set up a temporary solution for while we were out of town and spent a lot of time researching the problem with the IP providers as well as the manufacturer, his office, etc. to figure out the issue.  All with total professionalism, warmth and humor and a dedication I have rarely seen.  Finally, it is fixed!!!

It went well and continues to. They provide excellent, personal service. They are professional and warm.

Nick was extremely helpful and seemed very well informed about our system and intercoms in general. I appreciated that he took time to explain to me exactly what caused our problem, and was able to fix the problem. The hourly charge was explained to me when I scheduled the appointment, so the cost was not a surprise.
