I called in the evening and the phone was answered in spite of being after business hours. I explained my problem and Ray quoted me a price over the phone. He apologized that he couldn't be there to do the repair until tomorrow morning. As if that was too long for me to wait. I was already impressed. He told me when he'd be on site. The next day, he actually arrived early! He performed the repair in less time that he'd estimated and the price was exactly what he'd told me on the phone. Very professional work. My garage door is actually much quieter than it used to be - an added bonus. I will use Ray again the next time I need a garage door fixed.
