In recent rains we noticed a few overflows from our gutters, some caused pooling on the ground which eventually leaked in to our basement. Left a voice mail for Rich K, he promptly returned our call, came over to inspect and provided a very reasonable quote ($100) for cleaning all the gutters. We were very pleased with his professionalism so we also asked him to quote for installing gutter shields. His quote was lower than what we expected to spend, but were even more surprised on how good his work was. He worked alone but was very diligent in cleaning up after himself and even agreed to fix a few things (tail pipes) beyond our agreed work. He also gave us a no-clog guarantee and offered to come back to check once a season.

I had to leave two messages before he came out to give us an estimate, but when he came out to do that he expedited the schedule by meeting me on a Sunday and scheduling the work promptly after that. The work was done completely and well, we paid him after completion, no down payment was requested. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

Rich Kowalski did a super job. The price was competitive, he took the time to meet with me to explain things, and kept every commitment. The gutters look great. He carefully went over three options, followed up with a detailed quote, and was responsive to my phone calls.
