George Olcott, owner, comes to our house twice per year - in early winter for heater cleaning & maintenance, and spring for AC cleaning and maintenance.  He does a great job, at a fair price, and is very professional, friendly, and respectful of our property.  I have also had to call George on an emergency basis and his response time was excellent and his after-hour pricing was very reasonable.  We have recommended him to MANY friends and neighbors!
