The Geek Squad team fixed my pc by diagnosing that the issue was the hardware (my pc internal wifi adapter). They removed it, cleaned it and reinstalled it which fixed it an s allowed the firmware to connect to it and restored my pc’s ability to connect to wifi. I use my pc for my job and they really saved the day fixing my pc so quickly and efficiently. I am so thankful for them, they got me back up and running so that I didn’t have to miss much time off of work which is important because I get paid hourly. They were also very friendly and kept me informed with what they were doing. I was so thankful for their skills and support and definitely will be going to them for any of my pc issues in the future.
