I have to use this provider because my workplace contracts them to work on our vehicles. The tire was inspected and repaired, but I wasn't impressed with the punctuality or professionalism of the employees. I probably would not take my personal vehicle here.

Description of Work: MY WINDOW WAS NOT WORKING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE SO I TOOK IT IN TO BE LOOKED AT.THE PROBLEM WAS THAT I HAD INADVERTANTLY LOCKED THE WINDOWS NOT EVEN KNOWING THERE WAS SUCH A BUTTON ON MY CAR! THEY CHARGED ME$ 55.00 JUST TO UNLOCK THE WINDOW! I WOULD STILL GO TO THEM IF THEY HAD GIVEN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LET IT SLIDE. NOW THEY LOST A CUSTOMER OVER A SILLY THING

Their new shop is very nice and clean. They are honest. Before I came in they actually told me to look up the coupons on line so I could save money. They ended up saving me $65.00. They are courteous and welcome all of your questions. When I asked for the parts for replacements they gave them to me without hesitation. I get free estimates and they send me home with a print out copy of the itemized report of repair.
Description of Work: I have bought tires, I had the brakes done and the wheel alignment.
